Sarah left for the Middle East two weeks ago. She has spent the time touring Egypt at a lightening quick speed. She put pictures up on facebook but hasn't had time to blog. Now that she's in gameela Jordan maybe she'll have time to put something up. In the meantime our family has been reading books about Egypt.
We read - The Golden Goblet, Casting the Gods Adrift and will be listening to The Cat of Bubastes this week.
Next week we'll learn more about Jordan and especially Petra. I wish I could find a children's book about Petra - a historical novel type book, like The Golden Goblet. Maybe I need to write one.
